Brand rules are becoming executable infrastructure
Coca-Cola and Adobe have turned static brand guidelines into machine-readable StyleIDs that apply design rules inside Illustrator and Photoshop. Project Fizzion is designed to let teams localize campaigns across more than 200 markets while checking brand consistency during creation, not after the asset reaches a review queue.
This is the most useful product and operating-system signal in the window. The shift is from prompting for an on-brand result to encoding brand judgment as a governed layer with local variation, human override, and continuous enforcement. The claims come from the companies involved, so performance and distinctiveness still need independent validation.
